COVID-19 vaccinations this spring

If you are aged 75 or over, you are able to get a COVID-19 vaccination this spring with appointments available from April 2025 onwards.
Two older women sat on a sofa looking at an official letter while one takes notes with a pen.

COVID-19 hasn’t gone away and can still make some people really ill.

Vaccines are still being offered because viruses change and protection fades over time. It's important to top up your protection if you're eligible.

Look out for your invitation letter from the 18th of March (tomorrow!) and you'll be able to book your vaccination from the 25th of March.

For more information, call 119 and ask about booking vaccinations in your area, or visit the Sussex Health & Care website - here.

I urge everyone who is eligible to take up the offer of a vaccine as soon as possible once invited – it will help improve your immunity to COVID-19, which does wane over time.
