We have strengthened our understanding of people’s opinions towards remote consultations through a compilation of recent evidence. This review includes evidence from 28 studies since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. One of the main conclusions is a preference towards a hybrid system including text, phone, video, email and in-person appointments. The full report can be viewed here
