Macmillan Cancer Support Session at the East Brighton Health Hub

This session is aimed at cancer patients and their family members and/or carers. The aim of the session is to provide information on what support is available for people affected by cancer in Brighton and Hove and their families/carers.

This session will cover:

• An overview of The Macmillan Horizon Centre’s Support services including welfare benefits, psychological support, complementary therapies and physical activities. 
• Information on The Horizon Centre’s “Eat Well Services” on Healthy Eating including a practical demonstration and an option for attendees to make their own nutritious sample.
