About this event
Our peer-led groups use creative discussion and sharing of experiences to explore matrescence (meaning becoming a mother). They are led by two facilitators who are past participants and understand how turbulent this time can be. Their role is not to offer advice, but to guide the group who will support each other by creating a community.
Venue: All Saints Church, The Drive, Hove BN3 3QE
Starting on Friday April 26th and taking place every Friday on the following dates – 26th April, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th May
@ 12.30pm – 2.30pm
Each session will involve facilitated discussions, and at least two mindfulness-based activities to help process your thoughts and experiences, with further exercises to do at home. Refreshments provided.
Babies of up to 15m can be brought to the group
£35 Concessions: £25. 2 free places for those on low income
