About this event
This is an opportunity to get your questions answered and/or share concerns, issues or experiences of COVID19 vaccine e.g. speed of its production, ingredients, side effects, and any other questions you may have. Whether you are an ordinary member of public or a clinical professional, all are invited.
The local council, local NHS, and Public Health are working together to ensure that the COVID vaccination is available to all of those eligible, that the information about vaccination is clear and factual, and that any questions are answered by the best people to do so.
Some early figures are showing some neighbourhoods have a lower uptake than others across Sussex. There is also information from across Sussex that shows that the take up of the vaccine in some of our Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities is lower than in other communities. Discuss how to share vaccine information in a way that is helpful, accessible and reassuring to residents.
