We help to improve health and social care services across the area by listening to people and using this feedback to influence those who design services. We are also completely independent of the NHS and Council. This new survey includes looking at ways we can help people to best use their local health and care services.
"Healthwatch has helped me personally on two occasions to access the correct medical provision when GPs have got it wrong. We need someone for our residents to go to, to push back, and get the services they are entitled to."
